A captivating oil showing several horned cattle & a sheep grazing near old monastery ruins. The oil has been well presented in a tarnished gilt-effect frame with elaborate floral corners and a delicate running pattern window. Inscribed 'J Linnell' to the reverse. On canvas on stretchers.
